Length of surgery: 2 to 4 hours

Recovery: Most patients are able to return to work within 10 to 14 days, and often resume strenuous activities shortly after. We recommend avoiding sun exposure and wearing an SPF of 30 or higher for at least 6 months. 

Results: Bruising should dissipate within 2 to 3 weeks, and final results are typically seen between 4 and 8 weeks. Assuming a healthy lifestyle is maintained, results should last from 7 to 10 years.
